The solution was a paired back website without drop downs and menus, just 4 panels for each user to select from to follow the stepping stones to conversion, in this way the only see the advantages (and the dis-advantages of competitors) specific to their circumstances. Tracking customer paths would enable Dignity to identify if any drop off which feature they may need to tweak or enhance.

The key here was making a complex financial product a simple one for potential elderly purchasers by only showing them relevant key advantages compared to competitors and giving them a simple ordering system to convert the sale.
