Founders Club is the Executive Travels group set up by Thomson Holidays. High in spending but low in numbers they were looking for a way to get personalised preferences and data on customers online following on from their award winning Holiday Countdown direct marketing campaign.
Our concept was an online round the world competition promoting different locations and resorts as week by week the members virtually travelled round the globe. Giving the customer the options to select a route and resort preference (should they win the holiday prize) would enable Thomsons to build the individual preference data they wanted for each customer to target offers by email and not personalised digital print thus reducing costs and increasing profits.
